Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. Simply contact us and we'll get it sorted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain pet grooming items that have been used cannot be returned.
